At SPEAR, we have a dedicated team of highly specialist Neurological Physiotherapists who offer hands-on, out-patient neuro rehabilitation.
Individualised assessment and treatments are offered, allowing us to develop a personalised rehabilitation or maintenance programme just for you.
We provide treatment that can vary from monthly to intensive daily input and decide together what is going to work best for you. Treatment takes place within our well-equipped clinics at Aberdeen Sports Village and Westhill. Home visits can also be arranged if required.

- Parkinson’s disease
- Head injury
- Spinal cord injury
Our Neuro team also have a dedicated post stroke exercise group ‘Step Ahead Aberdeen’.
