Dr. Judy Ross joined our team in August 2009 and is a GP with a specialist expertise in Sports and Exercise Medicine. Dr. Ross is the Sports Medicine Network Co-ordinator for the Grampian Institute of Sport and has an interest in many sports. She has previously worked as Medical Officer for Team GB at the Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City in 2002 and was Medical Advisor for the British Ski and Snowboarding Teams from 1999-2005. In 2012 Judy also worked at the London Olympics in 2012 as Medical Officer.
Whilst working closely with our physiotherapists, Dr. Ross is also able to arrange referral for further investigations or surgical opinion should this be deemed necessary. She may also be able to provide therapeutic injections where appropriate to aid the recovery process.
Dr. Ross is registered with all major private health insurance companies and takes private referrals. These can be arrange through our clinic reception.
