Caroline Frew

Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Caroline has been a qualified Chartered Physiotherapist for 19 years. Originally from Glasgow, she moved to Aberdeen to train as a Physiotherapist at Robert Gordon University. After graduating in 2005, she began her career in NHS Forth Valley before returning to Aberdeenshire to work within NHS Grampian throughout various Physiotherapy specialties including orthopaedics, fracture clinic, neurology, critical care, respiratory, occupational health, community rehabilitation & musculoskeletal.

Caroline now specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. She enjoys treating a wide range of acute injuries & long-term conditions. Her post-graduate education & clinical interests include orthopaedic medicine, pain management & acupuncture. Caroline is passionate about delivering high standards of professional care & individualised treatment plans to enable people to overcome injuries, reduce their pain & improve their function.

Since Caroline started working privately she has found that as well as helping people recover from injuries or surgeries she also really enjoys using specific exercise prescription to assist individuals to enhance their sports performance & prevent injury.

Personally, Caroline is a keen equestrian in her spare time. She enjoys competing in both eventing & showjumping with her horse. She also spends lots of time walking with her lovely spaniel Archie.
