Sarah Thurley

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Sarah graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2016 with a degree in Psychology. Her interest in supporting individuals led her to gain qualifications in Massage Therapy, where she gained valuable experience working as a massage therapist. This journey ignited her passion for helping individuals achieve their full potential, leading her to return to university to study a Masters in Physiotherapy and she graduated from Robert Gordon University in 2024.

Having grown up in Dubai and lived in South Africa, Sarah’s diverse background, enables her to interact effectively with people from various cultures and backgrounds. Her international experiences have enriched her understanding and approach to patient care.

An avid sports enthusiast, Sarah has always been active, participating in a range of sports from football to fencing and horse riding. Her love for exercise and movement continues today, with a keen interest in paddle boarding and bouldering. These personal interests not only keep her active but also enhance her understanding of physical health and wellness, which she integrates into her physiotherapy practice.

Sarah is committed to providing personalized care and support to her patients, helping them recover, rehabilitate, and reach their health goals. Her unique blend of skills in Psychology, Massage Therapy, and Physiotherapy, combined with her vibrant and diverse life experiences, makes her good addition to the Spear Physiotherapy team.
